Returns can be made within 14 days of the order.
All returned items must be packaged and well-packaged so that the packaging is not damaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels still attached. It is forbidden to tape or glue anything directly onto the product’s original packaging.

- Pack the products carefully and seal the return package.
- If you have received a returns label, please return the parcel to the courier service indicated on the label. Otherwise, you can leave the parcel with the carrier of your choice and send it to the following address
